No you don't, you can also place your order in guest mode without signin in. However, we advise you to create an account because you will receive our special offer by e-mail and you can also add your favorite items to the Whishlist, keep track of your orders and check your return practices directly from the reserved area.


It is possible to modify an order within 48 hours from the payment just in case the order has not already been processed. You can send us an email with your request at customercare@fashionisit.com.

If the order has already been taken over by the courier, you must wait for the delivery of the package and proceed with the return request within 10 days from the delivery date of your order.

In case of total return of the item, the shipping costs will be at your expense and, if the product returns to the Warehouse respecting our return policy, you will receive the refund within 5 working days.

If you want to make a size change, we will take care of covering the shipping costs of your return.



In every product sheet, you will find a link called "Size Guide" exactly above the drop-down for selecting the Size, where you can check the table with all the conversions.

You can complete your order by following these simple steps:

  • Choose the category or designer you are interested in from the drop-down menu.
  • Select the size and quantity of the product you want and click on "Add to cart". Then proceed to checkout.
  • Log in or Register. If you don't have an account, you can simply proceed with guest mode.
  • Enter your details, a shipping address, payment information and complete your order.
  • You will receive a confirmation email and we will keep you updated via email. If you have an account, you can track your order directly on the "My orders" page in the reserved area.
